How often have you felt that there is too much data in the table, making it difficult to find the content that you find most impactful?
Well, we heard you.
Introducing cards showing Key Highlights for your Goals with the new Goals module, which allows you to have key metrics showcased right above the table so that you have all the information you need to gain a top-level view of your goals.
Key Highlights are available in the Explore tab across the My Goals, My Team, My Department and My Company sections, and in the Insights tab across the My Team and My Company section, thus allowing you to consume key information across different cohorts in the form of easy-to-read cards.
To view the Key Highlights for your Goals,
Step 1: Select the Goals module from the Performance tab on the top of the home screen.
Step 2: Select the section (or cohort) for which you wish to view goals. Let us consider you wish to view goals for your Team, and hence you select the My Team section.
Step 3: You will be able to see the cards below the graph of Key Result Progress Distribution right in the Explore section.
For instance, the Key Highlights in the Explore section show that Sibley’s Team has 32 key results with them, 5 of which have no check-ins and 7 of which are at-risk.
This can allow Sibley to send check-in reminders to her teammates to ensure that all the goals are on track.
Check out the article on sending check-in reminders here.
Step 4: To gain a birds-eye view of the insights on your Team’s goals, click on the Insights tab.
The Insights tab opens up two kinds of views depending on the grouping being done.
Group by Individual
In case your insights are grouped by individuals in the team, the cards would show:
- The total number of individuals, for instance, in this case, Sibley has 5 individuals in her team.
- Individuals who own no key results, for instance, in this case, all individuals in Sibley’s team own at least 1 key result
- Individuals who’ve never checked in, for instance, in this case, Sibley’s team has 3 individuals who have never checked in.
Group by Goal
Insights grouped by goal convey the same information as conveyed if clicked on the Explore tab
Similarly, you can use the Key Highlights feature to efficiently gain a top-level understanding of your performance, or the performance of your Department or your Company.
