Create & manage goal-setting methodologies

- Goals can now have default visibility of ‘public’ or ‘private’ as per the organization’s philosophy

1:1s’ topic distribution and sentiment analysis
Summary
To enable managers and HR teams with more profound data on topics, themes, and sentiments emerging from continuous coaching conversations by managers.
Release Date
Beta Release in September 2023, General Availability in Fall 2023

Mesh’s AI model analyses the agenda items discussed to extract the themes and the overall sentiment of each theme. The size of the bubble is indicative of the number of agenda points, and the color is indicative of the overall sentiment.
