Managing Drivers

Drivers cannot be edited , they can only be deleted.

Delete a driver by clicking on the 3 dots icon beside a driver under Engagement Drivers in Preferences.

Managing Questions and Templates

Questions and Templates can be 

• archived, and 
• duplicated 

by clicking on the 3 dots icon beside a question/template in Preferences.

Editing Questions and Templates

Questions and templates which have been used in a survey cannot be edited. Y

If you want to edit a question or a template , first duplicate it to create a copy and then you can edit the copy.
