Creating Survey Templates

If you are starting from scratch , you need to create drivers , questions and templates sequentially i.e. you have to create drivers first , add questions to those drivers and then add those questions to survey templates.

Otherwise, if you have already created questions on the platform before you can add existing questions to new templates also.

How to create templates for a survey

1. 1. Navigate to Templates under Preferences
      
      
      
      
   2. Click on Add Template
   3. Enter Template name 
   4. Click on ‘Add question’ or (+) icon beside an already added question
      
      
      
      
   5. A side panel opens up , search the question in the search box and click on (+) icon beside the question to add it to the template. You can also filter the question type through the drop down.
      
      
      
   6. Click on up (^) or down(v) arrow beside the added question to reorder the question in the template. 
      If you want to mark the question as optional , tick the check box '[ ] Optional'.
      If you want to delete the question , click on the bin icon
      
      
      
   7. After adding all the questions, click on Preview button on top right to preview on how it looks for the end user
   8. Click on Submit
