Creating Drivers

If you are starting from scratch , you need to create drivers , questions and templates sequentially i.e. you have to create drivers first , add questions to those drivers and then add those questions to survey templates.

How to create drivers

1. 1. Navigate to Engagement Drivers tab under Preferences
      
      
      
      
   2. Click on Add New Driver button
   3. Add the Driver Name and description
   4. Choose Driver Type from these options
      1. eNPS : For employee NPS questions
      2. mNPS : For manager NPS questions
      3. Engagement Driver : Drivers which impact engagement indirectly . Examples: Autonomy , Teamwork, Feedback Culture , etc
      4. Overall Engagement Driver : This is the main driver which directly impacts engagement in an organisation.
