If you are starting from scratch , you need to create drivers , questions and templates sequentially i.e. you have to create drivers first , add questions to those drivers and then add those questions to survey templates.

Otherwise, if you have already created drivers on the platform before you can add new questions to existing drivers also.
How to create questions for a survey

- Navigate to Question Library tab under Preferences
- Click on Add Question button
- Type the question and choose driver name from the driver list
- Choose answer type from 3 options
- Number : Answer choices are numbers along with optional descriptions
- Optional descriptions can be added for every answer choice
- You choose start value(From) from 0 to 5 and end value(To) from 1-10
- This is a rated(scored) question
- Number : Answer choices are numbers along with optional descriptions
- Navigate to Question Library tab under Preferences

- Emoji : Answer choices are emojis
- Optional descriptions can be added for every answer choice
- You can choose from 3, 4 or 5 emojis
- This is a rated(scored) question
- Emoji : Answer choices are emojis

- Options : Answer choices are text options
- You can add 0-49 answer choices
- You can choose it to be a rated(scored) question by checking the box ‘Scores Mandatory’.
- The scores can be can range anywhere between 0-49 by selecting From and To values

Note : If the question doesn't have scores, this question will not impact insights as currently Engagement insights are purely quantitative in nature. |

- You can choose to enable comments for every question by checking the box ‘Allow employees to add comment’.
Comments are optional by default. You can choose to make them mandatory by unchecking the box ‘Make comment optional’
