Managers and admins can notify multiple reviewers (employees) to complete one or more of their pending reviews. This added capability makes nudging reviewers directly from the platform straightforward.
A manager or admin can make use of this from My Team/Organisation Tree/Company pages (steps below). However, they may not be able to notify some employees in the following cases -
- Their specific forms have already been submitted
- Review due dates have already passed
- Dotted Line Managers cannot notify their Dotted Line Reports to complete pending reviews
Notifying multiple reviewers in a review cycle
Step 1: Navigate to the relevant page to start from (Reviews → My Team/Organisation Tree/Company)
Step 2: From the list of employees in the bottom half of the page, select all or as many as you’d like
Step 3: Click on the “Notify”
button, placed above the list in the top right
Step 4: Select review-types you’d like to notify for
Note: as mentioned above, you may not be able to notify all employees in case their review has been submitted, due dates have passed, or they are your dotted line reports.
Step 5: When satisfied with your selection, click on “Notify”
That’s it! A success message would indicate notifications being queued to respective recipients.
