Effective performance management hinges on well-structured, recurring review cycles. However, setting these up can seem daunting given the plethora of elements involved – from adding participants to configuring review phases. This article guides you through the entire process and gives you references if you’d like a deeper understanding of a particular step.
Create a Review Cycle
Step 1: Navigate to Review Cycles section under Preferences (Reviews > Preferences, in Review Settings > Review Cycles)
Step 2: On the top left of the sub section, click on the “Create New Cycle” button to start creating a new Review Cycle on Mesh.
Step 3: Set up details of the cycle as per your requirements - add basic details, add participants, select roles, and many other customizations available on Mesh.
You can also read further on components of a Review Cycle if you’d like to better understand each section.
Step 4: Set and inspect the Timelines for the cycle
Step 5: In the Summary section, make sure everything is as per your liking and hit save.
And your Review Cycle is now created. You can always refer back to settings you’ve chosen for this cycle and verify them.
