Calibration panel

The review summary panel in the Reviews module provides a one-stop summary and action place for a specific employee in a particular review cycle. This includes summary of their past performances, their nominations, scores from forms that have been submitted in the current cycle, and much more.

This panel also allows managers and admins to take actions on profiles of individual employees including notifying them on pending reviews, re-opening forms, force submitting any forms, and more.

The review summary panel can be accessed by managers and admins from their My Team/Organisation Tree/Company pages respectively.

Accessing the review summary panel

Managers and admins with team members in a review cycle can access this panel from their My Team/Organisation Tree/Company pages.

Note - For a selected review cycle (user selected filter) an employee will only be in these lists if they are a part of the said review cycle(s).

• Navigate to the desired My Team/Organisation Tree/Company page, as per your requirement
• From the bottom half of the page, locate the employee you want to access the panel for and click on their tile
• The review summary panel should open

Taking actions from the review summary panel

Admins and managers perform several actions right from the review summary panel. These actions can be taken from either the primary dropdown on top of the panel or the dropdown available against each section.

Note - some of these actions may not be available at all times depending on the state of the review and/or review cycle
