Meeting deadlines is essential for a successful review cycle. However, unexpected events may require you to modify or extend these timelines. If you’re an admin adjusting to shifting schedules or seeking to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, this guide provides clear instructions and insights to navigate these changes seamlessly.
Change Timelines of a Review Cycle
Step 1: Navigate to Review Cycles section under Preferences (Reviews > Preferences, in Review Settings > Review Cycles)
Step 2: Locate the Review Cycle you’d like to see details for in the “Active Cycles” section
Step 3: Click on the respective row for the Review Cycle to open the details page (Verify page) for the desired Review Cycle.
Step 4: From the left navigation panel, click on Timelines to open and edit the timelines section of the cycle
Step 5: Fill in the new deadlines to accommodate changes or to extend deadlines for participants
Step 6: Verify changes you’ve made in the Summary section and hit Save
