Satisfaction Score is a way for Admins and Managers to gauge the effectiveness of 1:1 meetings
How is it calculated ?
At the end of the 1:1 instance with direct or skip Manager, you can see the question: βOn a scale of 1-5, how beneficial was your 1:1 meeting with your manager today?β
(Note : This is visible only in Manager/Skip Manger 1:1s to Direct and Indirect reports)
This response is recorded and shown as Satisfaction Score by scaling the score to a scale of 100.
So , 1 star equals a Satisfaction Score of 20.
....., 2 stars equal a Satisfaction Score of 40 and so on
Where is it visible to Admins and Managers ?
This is shown in the Insights tab as the average of all 1:1s for the person.
Note: 1. Admins have the option to disable this score. If disabled, you will not be able to see the question at the end of your 1:1 instance 2. If enabled by admins , this question is only available for Direct or Skip Manager 1:1s . This is not available for peer 1:1s |
