Mesh offers two mobile access points: your mobile browser and the MS Teams app. These options let you stay productive while away from your desk, tackling essential tasks with ease. However, for team-wide or company-wide tasks, the full desktop version of Mesh is still required.
This article explores the mobile browser version's capabilities across different modules.
Navigation
The mobile version has a simplified navigation bar to help employees stride through the different modules with ease.
Reviews module
Reviews module in the mobile version allows employees to do the following -
- View list and details of all reviews and nomination tasks pending on them
- Nominate Peers and Dotted Line Managers directly from their mobile
- Fill review forms
- View published review results
Review details
On the Reviews landing page (My Reviews page) employees can view details of specific reviews from all or a selected review cycle(s). Employees can also search through, filter or sort on names of team members for ease of access.
Following details, for each review or nomination pending on the employee, are available in this mobile version -

Nominating peers or dotted line managers
The process of nominating peers or dotted line managers is the same as desktop.
Simply click on the nomination task for the desired review cycle from the list on My Reviews page. Nominate one or more team members from the recommended or full list of employees. Employees can also withdraw nominations from the same panel.
Fill review forms
Reviewers in an active review cycle can also respond to questions directly from their mobile with this.
Review period summary and other context (including AI generated managersâ summary) arenât available on mobile version. Employees would have to use desktop version to access them.
View published results
Viewing published results on the mobile version is also simplified. You can now find a new âPublishedâ status (only available on mobile version) in the list of reviews. Click on the tile to open the published results.
Goals module
On the mobile browser version for the Goals module employees can -
- Add new objectives or key results
- View details of existing goals
- Check-in to existing goals, edit them or re-align a goal
View existing Goals
On the goals landing page (My Goals page) employees can view details of goals that they either own or are collaborators on. They can also search through Goals based on fields such as title, owner, progress etc.

Add new objectives/key results & other actions
Adding new objectives or key results on the mobile version is similar to the equivalent in the desktop version. Other actions such as checking in to a goal, editing them etc also follow the same steps as on desktop.
1:1s module
1:1s module on the mobile version allows users to
- View and manage existing 1:1s
- Create new 1:1s
View existing 1:1s
Following details are visible to an employee when landing on the 1:1 landing page (My 1:1s) -

Name of the team member the 1:1 is with

Relationship (manager, reportee etc)

Start date and time of the next 1:1 with them
Managing existing 1:1s
Employees can manage their 1:1s in a similar fashion as on the desktop version. Simply click on the desired 1:1 and the manage page should open.
From the mobile version employees can.-
- Add agenda points to upcoming or completed 1:1s
- Add notes
- Add initiatives
- Rate a 1:1
Feedback module
On the mobile version of the Feedback module employees can -
- View feedback requests pending on them to complete
- Share praise/advice and close any pending feedback requests
- View list and details of any feedback received by them

When viewing feedback requests pending on them employees can see the following details about each request
- Name of requester/provider
- Type of feedback
- Date (due/provided)
Sharing and requesting feedback
Employees can share and request feedback on the mobile version in a similar fashion as on the desktop version. Simply click on the âShare/Requestâ button and fill in the necessary fields.
Initiatives mobile version
The mobile version for the initiatives module makes it easy to -
- Add initiatives
- Assign and update initiatives
Viewing initiatives
When viewing initiatives on the mobile version an employee would get access to
- List of goals initiatives and 1:1 initiatives
Necessary details on the parent initiative alignment, child initiatives, and status are available when the desired initiative is clicked on.
