View results: Performance Snapshot

You can also view your results in a Review Cycle after the cycle is completed and results are made available to you by your manager or the admin.

View review cycle results

Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews page, in the table on the lower half of the page (Review Details) select the “My past reviews” filter

Step 2: Locate the specific review you would like to view from the list of completed items

This can be found within the listed items. To simplify the process:

• Refine the list further based on your specific Review Cycle.
• Filter or sort using the publish date for the Review Cycle

Step 3: Once located, click on the kebab menu (three dots) corresponding to the review you’d like to view details for and click on “View details”

This should open the Performance Snapshot for the selected Review cycle completed by you.
