Peer nominations and Dotted Line Manager (DLM) nominations are both integral components of the review cycles, facilitating employees in recognising the outstanding efforts and achievements of their peers and dotted line managers. This initiative contributes to fostering a positive work environment while promoting collaboration and teamwork.
Process to Nominate Peers and Dotted Line Managers for Your Review
Step 1: Navigate to the 'My Reviews' Page - this page provides a comprehensive overview and relevant actions pertaining to you within a particular review cycle.
Step 2: In the 'Review Details' section, located in the lower half of the page, ensure the "pending on me" filter is activated.
Step 3: Locate 'Peer Nominations' and 'DLM Nominations' for Your Desired Review Cycle
These options can be found within the listed items. To streamline the process:
Use the respective "Peer Nomination" and "DLM Nomination" filters under the review type.
Further refine the list based on your specific Review Cycle.
Step 4: Once you find the correct row, click on the accompanying tile to open the nomination pop-up.
Step 5: The nomination pop-up will present various categories to choose from, predetermined by your company's admin.
Step 6: Scroll through the list of colleagues and hit the 'Nominate' button corresponding to the names of peers and DLMs you would like to nominate.
Upon completion, your nominated colleagues and DLMs will be notified about your request. They will be able to commence their reviews once they accept the nomination.
If permitted by the admin, managers may have the authority to edit nominations for their teams. Learn more about managing nominations by referring to our guide on manager permissions.
Note: Dotted line managers can also view the private goals for their dotted line reports within the review form and across the platform (including on 'My Company' page in Goals).
