Where to Share or Request feedback from ?

Where to share/request feedback from

You can choose to share feedback for a colleague or request feedback for yourself or someone else from the colleague. You can do it  from multiple places in the product. Share from :

• Feedback Module
• Home Page
• Profile Page
• Competency Panel in Develop Module

From Feedback Module

Go to the Feedback Module under Coaching , and click on the [Share/Receive] Feedback button

Click on Share Feedback to share a feedback, or 
Click on Request Feedback to request a feedback.

From Home Page 

On the Home Page , click on Share Feedback or Request Feedback under Quick Actions on the left of the page

From Profile Page

Search the colleague for whom you want to share feedback or from whom you want to request feedback for yourself or someone else

Press enter and on the Profile page you can see actions to Share Feedback or Request Feedback

From Competency Panel in Develop Module

If Develop module is enabled for your organization, you can choose to 

1. Request feedback from your competency panels

Your own competency panels can be opened through 2 places

1. Under My Development Plan in Develop Module (Coaching) 
2. In My Summary on Homepage under Coaching

Click on Request Praise/Advice button under Praise/Advice section of the panel to request feedback

2. Share feedback from your colleague’s competency panel

Your own competency panels can be opened through 2 places

1. In My Team / My Organisation Tree / My Company under Develop Module (Coaching)
2. From Profile page of a receiver of feedback

Click on Share Feedback button under Praise/Advice section of the panel to share feedback.
