Once you’re on the Mesh homepage, click on “Coaching” in the top navigation bar. This will open a dropdown from where you need to click on the “Feedback” option. This will open up the following Feedback homepage.
If you’re an employee, you’ll only see the “My Feedback” option in the left navigation pane. Managers will be able to see both “My Praises/Advices” and “My Team” while admins can see all the 4 options.
- The Feedback Table
This is from where you can share or request feedback and also see all the feedback exchanges of the selected group. However, before checking through the feedback table, you need to know what exactly you wish to look at and then choose from one of the four available filters.
These are,
- Pending from me - These are the feedback requests you’ve received, i.e., when others within your organization ask for your feedback, those requests would start appearing here until you respond to these feedback requests. Hovering over them will bring up the options to accept or deny the request.
- Received by me - Selecting this filter will list down all the feedback that you’ve received. This could have been requested directly by you or somebody else like your manager, for you. Hovering over them will bring up the option to view the full feedback.
- Shared by me - The history of all the feedback you’ve ever shared will appear under this filter, concerning both when someone had requested you for a feedback or when you had shared it without any prompt.
- Requested by me - This keeps a record of all the feedback you’ve ever requested from anyone within your organization.
Under any filter, you can further narrow down your results by searching for people who have requested/ shared the feedback with you or vice-versa as well as by the timelines, by clicking on the respective column headers.
