As a manager, one of your critical roles involves conducting performance reviews for your direct reportees. But how can you ensure this process is as effective and seamless as possible?

View a reportee’s Performance Snapshot
Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews section under Performance from the top navigation bar
Step 2: Navigate to the My Team page from the top section of the left navigation section
Step 3: Make sure that you are viewing details for the Review Cycle you are looking for
To change the Review Cycle you should click on the Review Cycle dropdown on the top right corner of the page and switch between Review Cycles
Step 4: In the table in the lower section of the page, select the colleague you would like to manage reviews for
Clicking on the row for the desired colleague should open the overview of their performance snapshot. This is also the place where you can take a number of actions to manage their participation in the cycle such as nominate peers for them (if allowed by the admin), notify them to fill reviews, and force submit reviews.
