Navigating through review cycles can be complex but does not have to be. Mesh makes things easier for an individual, in any role - as an employee, manager or admin, the My Reviews page is designed to provide all context and actions in one place. Let’s take a deeper look into the same.

Assessment across review cycles

Want a quick look how well you’ve been doing over time? Look no further. This section gives you quick snapshot of your performance across different review cycles. This means you can evaluate and assess your personal performance across projects and/or over time. This score is based on what is important to your team and gives power in the hands of the admins.

Mesh Recommends

Mesh Recommends is a proprietary assistant created by Mesh to help you better navigate and understand tasks that you should take up as a part of the Review Cycle. It also gives you a list of best practices to take up. The aim here is to make the Review Cycle as seamless as possible for the many users by giving them personalised feedback on their actions and suggested actions. 

Review details

This section gives you all the required details for you to have context on a Review Cycle. You can easily navigate through the following pre-created sections to make things easier. This section also filters based on the Review Cycle (or all cycles) you wish to get details for. 

Pending on me

This section of the review details highlights a list of performance reviews that require your attention and completion. The outstanding tasks might include writing different kinds of reviews (like self, peer, manager, and upward reviews), completing peer nominations, or even acknowledging received reviews.

Pending on others

The next subsection lists review items related to your performance, but are currently in process by your colleagues. Use this space to monitor the status of these items closely, and when required, send gentle reminders to your team members to accelerate the review process.

Completed by me

Post-submission, if you wish to revisit your completed reviews, this section offers easy access. You might wish to scroll through or study specific answers you provided in certain review forms - do so here.
