Prevalence Metrics
- Achieved Progress (% of people) :
- Group by Competencies : It is the percentage of people who have achieved progress in the particular competency
- Group by Function/Role : It is the percentage of people who have achieved progress in any competency in the particular function/role
- Number of check-ins :
- Group by Competencies : It is the average number of check ins done per employee for the particular competency in the last quarter
- Group by Function/Role/Organisation Tree : It is the average number of check ins done per employee for any competency in the particular function/role/team
- *Feedback Received
- Group by Organisation Tree : It is the average number of feedbacks received per employee

Outcome Metrics
- Progress and change in progress : This is shown with a bar and change in progress since last quarter is shown with an up or down arrow.

- Group by Competencies : It is the average progress in the particular competency per employee
Group by Function/Role/Organisation Tree : It is the average progress per competency per employee in the particular function/role/team
- Group by Competencies : It is the average progress in the particular competency per employee
- Confidence Score : This score is a measure of the confidence that the employee(s) will achieve the excelled status within the due quarter based on his current progress.
- Group by Competencies : It is the average confidence score out of 100 for the particular competency per employee
Group by Function/Role/Organisation Tree : It is the average confidence score out of 100 per competency per employee in the particular function/role/team
- Group by Competencies : It is the average confidence score out of 100 for the particular competency per employee
