You can change on what component you view the key metrics on by changing the Grouping.
You can group Feedback Insights in 2 ways :
1. Group by Competencies
Grouping by competencies tells you about the feedback culture of the selected cohort for each of the organisation's competencies.
You can see progress, on a scale of 100%, which tells you how your team is progressing on individual competencies.
Similarly , you can see other prevalence and quality metrics grouped for every competency.
2. Group by Individual/ Organisation Tree
Group by Individual/ Organisation Tree tells you about the feedback culture for people(in the view selected) taking all of their competencies put together.
- Group by Individual is there for My Team view , for managers to see feedback insights for their team members.
- Group by Organisation Tree is there for My Organisation Tree view and My Company view , for managers of managers and admins to see feedback insights for their organisational hierarchy and the company.
This is hierarchical view which allows you to drill down on teams up till the individual level
You can see progress, on a scale of 100%, which tells you how an individual/team is progressing on their competencies combined together
Similarly , you can see other prevalence and quality metrics grouped for every person.
