Metrics
Metrics in Mesh Feedback provide comprehensive data on the culture of appreciation and recognition within your team or company, allowing you to gain valuable insights into their prevalence and quality.
Prevalence Metrics
- Praise Received : The average number of praises that were received
- * Praise Shared : The average number of praises that were shared
- Advice Received: The average number of advice that were received
- * Advice Shared : The average number of advice that were shared
- ^ People who received Feedback (%) : The average percentage of people who received feedback
- Time Interval (Received Feedbacks) : The average time interval between received feedbacks
- Time Interval (Shared Feedbacks) : The average time interval between shared feedbacks

Quality Metrics
- Progress Bar : It is the average progress of competencies which is calculated based on the number of feedbacks shared and received
- Group by Competencies : Here, progress means average of progress across all employees with this competency
- Group by Individual/Organisation : Here , progress means average of progress of all competencies for the person/team
- Relevance Score : The average score out of 100 which tells how relevant was the feedback to the receiver based on who it came from .
If the sender is closer to receiver in the organizational hierarchy , for example , direct manager , then the relevance score is high and vice versa
Charts
There is only one chart which is visible in all views : Feedback Shared and Received
This chart gives you insight on the number of feedbacks on a month on month basis.
Number of Feedbacks are broken into
- Praises Shared
- Advices Shared
- Praises Received
- Advices Received
Duration can be changed from the timeline filter on top right of the page.
