Filling a Survey

Once a survey has been setup by the admin and goes live, you'll receive notifications on Slack/MSTeams or an email. Go to app.mesh.ai or click on link provided to start the survey 

Knowing the type of questions

There are 3 types of questions which can either be

1. Number based questions : The options are quantitative. For example, eNPS question.
   
   
2. Option based questions : The options are qualitative
   
   
   
   
3. Emoji Question : The options are emojis
   

Adding Comments

Comments can be added to the question if it is enabled by the admin. These can be optional or mandatory

Checking the progress and auto saving

Your form is auto saved as you fill and will be in the same state if you choose to fill it partly and submit later.

The remaining number of questions come in the progress at the bottom left during filling.

Confirming anonymity

The survey responses can either be non-anonymous or anonymous. 

When a survey is anonymous , administrators can’t see the name and other demographics of the sender which incentivises the employees to fill the form honestly.

If the survey is anonymous, you can see the anonymity badge on the bottom bar which says, “You are anonymous”

If it is missing , then the survey is non anonymous and the admins can see your names after you submit.
