Navigating the Engagement Homepage

Land on the Engagement homepage by clicking on the Engagement button on the top bar.

On the left navigation bar , you can see various views

• My Surveys : Visible to all employees
• My Team : Visible to Managers and Admins
• My Organisation Tree : Visible to Manager of Managers and Admins
• My Company : Visible only to Admins

The engagement homepage has two tabs : 

1. Active Surveys

All surveys which are pending for you to fill show up here along with the Due Date . Click on the Start button (appears on hovering over a row) or click on the row to start filling the survey.

2. Submitted Surveys 

All surveys submitted by you show up here along with the Submitted On date .
Click on the View Details button (appears on hovering over a row) or click on the row to view the response of a submitted survey. 

Viewing a Submitted Survey

On viewing the survey , you can see

• Questions with their drivers
• Your comments , if you have added
• You response on the scale
• Company's average response (if the admin has enabled this in settings)
