Admins can gauge the effectiveness of Manager/Skip-Manager 1:1s by enabling a question that comes at the end of the 1:1 instance :
“On a scale of 1-5, how beneficial was your 1:1 meeting with your manager/skip-manager today?”
The answer of this which is given by the direct and indirect report is scaled to a score of 100 called the Satisfaction Score.
Enable/ Disable 1:1 Satisfaction Question:
1. Go to '1:1 Module Preferences'
2. Under Settings tab , you can toggle the question on on or off
Satisfaction Score in Insights
Satisfaction Score is available in insights as an average of all 1:1s for the particular employee.
