Navigating the Feedback homepage

Land on the Feedback Homepage by hovering on Coaching on the Top bar and clicking on Feedback

On the left navigation bar , you can see various views

• My Feedback : Visible to all employees
• My Team : Visible to Managers and Admins
• My Organisation Tree : Visible to Manager of Managers and Admins
• My Company : Visible only to Admins

Understanding the Feedback Table 

Under My Feedback , you see a table which enables you look at all feedbacks shared by you or received by you or requested by you or feedback requested by others from you.

Select the from the below filters: 

• Pending on me - These are the feedback requests you’ve received, i.e., when others within your organisation ask for your feedback, those requests would start appearing here until you respond to these feedback requests.
  Hovering over them will bring up the options to accept or deny the request.
  Once you share the feedback , it will appear in the Shared by me tab.
  
  
  
  
• Received by me - These are all the feedback that you’ve received. This could have been requested directly by you or somebody else like your manager, for you or simply shared by a colleague without a request.
  Click on them to view the full feedback.
  
  
  
• Shared by me - This is the history of all the feedback you’ve ever shared concerning both when someone had requested you for a feedback or when you had shared it without any prompt.
  
  
  
  
• Requested by me - These are all the feedback you’ve ever requested from anyone within your organization.
