Process to Nominate Peers for Your Review
Step 1: Navigate to the 'My Reviews' Page - this page encompasses a summary and relevant actions associated with you in any particular review cycle
Step 2: On the 'Review Details' section, situated is the lower half of the page, ensure the "pending on me" filter is activated
Step 3: Locate 'Peer Nominations' For Your Desired Review Cycle
This can be found within the listed items. To simplify the process:
- Use the "Peer Nomination" filter under the review type.
- Refine the list further based on your specific Review Cycle.
Step 4: On finding the correct row, click on the accompanying tile to open the nomination pop-up
Step 5: The nomination pop-up will display various categories to choose from, predetermined by your company's admin
Step 6: Scroll through the list of colleagues and hit the 'Nominate' button corresponding to the names of colleagues you would like to nominate.
Upon completion, your nominated colleagues will be notified about your request. They will be able to commence their reviews once they accept the nomination.
