Admins can choose to configure reminders for Engagement and set their time and frequency.
Email reminders can be configured for 2 personas :
- Employee : To remind the employee about pending survey
- Manager : To remind that their direct report hasn’t filled the survey
| Note: Employees cannot opt out of these reminders for now. |
